Roasting is done in a continuous - gentle motion - process using indirect heat treatment at temperatures of 180 Celsius up to 240 Celsius. A continuous roasting process gives homogenius products results with high capacity output. Roasting grades from light to very dark and everything in between can be achieved by setting (and storing) customer requirements in the PLC controls.
